Starters

BRUSCHETTA
Diced tomatoes, garlic, and basil tossed in olive oil with balsamic drizzle.

SEARED CHILLED TUNA
Mango pineapple salsa topped with a Sriracha cream drizzle.

Entrees

SCALLOPS
Seared jumbo scallops over split pea risotto finished with an apple Washington butter sauce.

FILET MEDALLIONS
Peppercorn crusted filet medallions over sun-dried risotto served with asparagus and cherry tomatoes sauteed in a shallot white wine sauce. Finished with shaved parmesan and balsamic glaze.

CORDON BLEU
Chefs hand-rolled chicken breast stuffed with aged prosciutto and swiss cheese, topped with a dijon mustard cream sauce. Served with mashed potatoes, candied bacon Brussel sprouts, and roasted carrot medley.

GNOCCHI
Potato gnocchi tossed in pesto served with sweet peas, spinach, tomatoes, and shallots. Finished with goat cheese and pine nuts.

Three-layered red velvet cake.

Served with fresh berries and whipped cream.
