As you are planning your next visit with us here at the Berry Hill Resort, we anticipate that you may have some questions regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Please know that the safety and well-being of our guests and staff are always our top priority. Here are just a few items to be aware of:

Hotel Check in/Check out:
All commonly used areas such as the desk counter, door handles, elevator panels are being disinfected on a continual basis. Additionally, hand sanitizer stations are present for you to use throughout the Property. You and your guests are encouraged to stay home if you exhibit any sign of illness or have been in contact with someone who is sick in the last 14 days. Our 24-hour cancelation policy for Hotel Reservations will remain in place. If you made your reservation on a third party website, you must cancel through that same site.

Throughout your Stay:
All department managers are taking extra measures to ensure that we are following all CDC Recommendations (https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/about/prevention.html). Our staff has been asked not to come to the property if feeling ill or if they have been in contact with anyone who has been ill within 14 days.

Dining and Events:

  • Darby’s Tavern: Open Daily at 4pm. Take Out or Room Service is encouraged
  • Mansion Restaurant and Library Bar: Closed until further notice
  • The Spa at Berry Hill: Will be open by Appointment Only until further notice
  • Historical Tours: Available by appointment

Servers, Bartenders and Kitchen staff are all being extremely vigilant in cleaning and sanitizing surfaces and tables throughout the Resort. We also encourage our staff to stay home and see a doctor if or when they feel unwell.

Private events will go on as scheduled. Guest counts and menus can be changed up to 14 days before the event to allow hosts to adjust to the circumstances.
